A new tablet press machine at Lessonia
Lessonia’s tablet press enables the company to produce tablets from fine powder. Thanks to the machine’s high output, Lessonia is able to produce 91,000 tablets/hour (at normal speed). This means fast production with reduced environmental impact.

Lessonia has developed numerous cosmetic formulas in tablet form, such as micellar water in tablet form, shower gel in tablet form, shampoo in tablet form and toothpaste in tablet form. These formulas, built like frames, can be sold as is, but can also be customized.
How does it work ?
Simply place one or more tablets in the bottom of a bottle or jar, add water, shake and leave for a few minutes before use.
In 4 steps only, end-users can rehydrate their product, revert to a conventional galenic formulation and protect the planet.
