Located in Brittany, near Brest, our 16,000 m² industrial site is dedicated to the manufacture and packaging of cosmetic products. With two specialized factories, we guarantee entirely French production, from design to packaging.

Our Industrial Equipment and Production Capacity

We have two production factories with industrial equipment adapted to our customers’ production volumes :

LESSONIA 1 factory : Plant dedicated to R&D and the manufacture of bulk cosmetics.

• Cosmetics (creams, lotions, serums, oils, etc.) : 5 cosmetics mixers (50L, 600L, 2x1000L, 2000L).
• Powder cosmetics : 2 mixers (1200L, 4800L).

LESSONIA 2 factory : Plant dedicated to packaging cosmetic products (inaugurated in 2018)

• Primary packaging :
  • Conventional cosmetic : Automatic lines for bottles, jars, sachets, tubes and thermoforming.
  • Sheet masks : 3 automatic lines, 4 semi-automatic lines, 2 high-speed lines (8 tracks).
  • Powder cosmetics : Lines for sachets, bottles and jars.
